Before your adventure, we'll have a short online meeting to get to know each other, scope out the challenge or topic you would like to explore during your micro-adventure and agree an enjoyable yet challenging route & schedule.
On the day of your adventure expect a short check-in to finalise the business/life focus for the session and assess energy levels then we get adventuring.
While on the move, expect challenging questions asked with empathy to get to the root of what’s on your mind, explore potential solutions, weigh up those solutions and ultimately agree your course of action.
You will leave the session lighter of mind, energised and ready to get to work on your action plan.
The combination of exercise, fresh air, a listening ear and constructive questioning will boost your energy and creativity, making for ideas a-plenty.

What's included in my microadventure?
pre-adventure online meeting to agree all aspects of the micro-adventure

What should I wear/bring?
Layers that can be added and taken off easily, waterproof jacket and sturdy walking boots/trail shoes as a minimum. We'll keep a close eye on the forecast and if it looks like full waterproofs or suncream are needed (as we know it's entirely possible to need both on the same day in the Central Belt!) we'll let you know in good time.
Water will be provided, and we will stop off for coffee, but if you prefer a different beverage, please bring that with you.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs on leads are positively encouraged. However, our coffee stops may not always be in dog-friendly venues. We will aim to accommodate your pup, but if this is not possible, we will let you know well before the date of your micro-adventure.
What if my micro-adventure is cancelled?
Life happens and we understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel your planned micro-adventure. If you do need to cancel, we will retain your payment and honour a date in the future. Should we need to cancel because of inclement weather, we will arrange a rescheduled date. If the reason for us cancelling is not weather related, we will give you a full refund and hope that you will rebook with us at another time.
