These sessions are perfect for people who thrive with a supportive structure to ensure they actually complete their most important work tasks AND get their bodies moving.
Community members enjoy access to 3 Active Co-Working Sessions per week.
We follow a simple, four-step process for guaranteed focus:
Set Your Intention (10 mins): Share your work task and your planned movement goal for the session.
Move (30–45 mins): Step away from your screen and move your body—a walk, a run, a home workout. This is your guilt-free energy break.
Focus (35–45 mins): We return for a structured, co-working block to tick off that one priority task you set.
Connect (5 mins): Check in with the community for supportive feedback and to celebrate your progress.
